- weekNumber: The report number.
- internName: Name of the student/intern.
- company: Host organization.
- deptDeployed: Assigned unit/team/department.
- supervisorName: Supervisor or immediate contact.
- fromDate / toDate: Coverage of the week.
- hoursThisWeek: Total hours worked within the week.
